1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Inteliworks to:
1.1 Illegal Activities

- Distribute illegal content, including child exploitation material
- Violate export control or sanctions laws

- Use purchased, rented, or scraped email lists
- Engage in email bombing or flooding
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others

1.3 Harmful Content
- Generate or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Create content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Generate hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Produce sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Create deepfakes or misleading synthetic media without disclosure
- Spread disinformation or deliberately false information
1.4 Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt our Service or infrastructure
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
- Use the Service to attack third-party systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
1.5 Privacy Violations
- Collect personal information without proper consent
- Process sensitive personal data inappropriately
- Share or sell user data to third parties without authorization
- Violate applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Track or surveil individuals without consent

When using our AI agents, you must:
2.1 Responsible AI Use
- Human Oversight: Maintain human review of AI outputs before taking consequential actions
- Transparency: Disclose AI involvement when required by law or industry standards
- Accuracy: Verify AI-generated information before relying on it for important decisions
- Bias Prevention: Monitor for and address potential biases in AI outputs
2.2 Prohibited AI Uses
- Generate content that impersonates real individuals without consent
- Create AI-generated reviews, testimonials, or endorsements without disclosure
- Use AI to make automated decisions with legal effects without human review
- Develop autonomous weapons or surveillance systems
- Generate content designed to manipulate elections or democratic processes
- Use AI for predictive policing or discriminatory profiling
- Attempt to extract training data or model weights
2.3 Industry-Specific Requirements
If you use our Service in regulated industries, you must:
- Healthcare: Not use AI outputs as medical advice; comply with HIPAA
- Finance: Comply with financial regulations; maintain required disclosures
- Legal: Not use AI outputs as legal advice; maintain attorney oversight
- Education: Disclose AI assistance as required by institutions
3. Resource Usage
To ensure fair access for all users:
- Do not exceed rate limits or usage quotas for your plan
- Do not use automated tools to circumvent usage restrictions
- Do not share accounts or credentials with unauthorized users
- Do not resell or redistribute access without authorization
- Report any performance issues rather than implementing workarounds
4. Third-Party Integrations
When connecting third-party services:
- Comply with the terms of service of connected platforms
- Only connect accounts and services you are authorized to use
- Ensure you have necessary permissions to access and process data
- Do not use integrations to circumvent platform restrictions
- Report any unauthorized access or security incidents promptly
5. Compliance Obligations
You are responsible for:
- Complying with all laws applicable to your use of the Service
- Obtaining necessary consents from individuals whose data you process
- Implementing appropriate security measures for data you handle
- Responding to data subject requests (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
