Questions
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. $29 a year, charged automatically so a printed QR never stops working because someone forgot to repurchase. Cancel anytime and it runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I cancel without an account?
Your welcome email has a manage-billing link. It opens a billing page where you can cancel or change your payment card. There is no password, because there is no account.
What happens if I cancel, or a payment fails?
Your card keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. A failed payment opens a short grace window rather than switching you off immediately — a QR in someone's wallet should not die on a billing hiccup. After that, the link still resolves and shows your name with a button to renew.
Can I change my details after printing?
Yes, that's the point of a QR pointing at a page instead of a QR with your old phone number baked into the ink. Edit the page and every QR already printed shows the new details.
What do the numbers tell me?
How many times your card was viewed, saved, clicked through and scanned — totals and daily figures, plus a phone-versus-desktop split. Not who did it: visitors are counted with a code that changes every day and is different on every card, so there is nothing to identify anyone with.
Can I buy them for a team?
Yes. Packs cover 5 to 25 cards on one subscription — one invoice, one admin link, and you create each card from there as you need it.
