What is Inteliworks?

Do I need technical skills to use Inteliworks?

No! Our platform is designed for non-technical users. You can deploy and configure agents using our visual interface. For advanced customizations, we do offer API access for developers.

How are Inteliworks agents different from chatbots?

Traditional chatbots follow scripted responses. Our AI agents use advanced language models to understand context, make decisions, and take actions across your business tools. They can handle complex, multi-step workflows automatically.

What AI models do you use?

We use state-of-the-art language models from leading AI providers, optimized for business tasks. Our models are regularly updated to provide the best performance and accuracy.

Pricing & Billing

How does pricing work?

Each agent has its own monthly subscription price, typically ranging from $49 to $199/month depending on complexity. You only pay for the agents you use. Volume discounts are available for 5+ agents.

Are there any usage limits?

Most agents include generous usage limits suitable for small to medium businesses. Enterprise plans offer unlimited executions. Check each agent's pricing page for specific limits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! All subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your dashboard - your agent will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Contact our sales team for annual plans and volume pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for enterprise customers.

Free Trials

How does the free trial work?

Every agent comes with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to continue or your agent will be paused.

What happens when my trial ends?

We'll send you reminders before your trial ends. If you don't subscribe, your agent will be paused (not deleted). You can reactivate it anytime by subscribing.

Can I trial multiple agents?

Yes! You can trial up to 3 agents simultaneously. This lets you find the perfect combination for your workflow.

Is the trial really free?

Yes, completely free. No credit card required to start. No hidden fees. No automatic charges.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with industry-standard security.

Do you store my customer data?

We process data only to execute your workflows. By default, we retain execution logs for 30 days for debugging purposes. You can request immediate deletion or configure shorter retention periods.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant. We offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and can accommodate data residency requirements for enterprise customers.
