Troubleshooting
Agent isn't responding to emails
- Check that the email matches your filter rules (labels, domains, etc.)
- Verify the agent status is "Active" in your dashboard
- Ensure your email OAuth token hasn't expired (reconnect if needed)
- Check for emails in the "Skipped" tab to see why they weren't processed
Responses don't match my writing style
- Add more specific tone guidelines in the configuration
- Send at least 50+ emails so the AI has enough training data
- Use "Draft Mode" and edit responses β the AI learns from your changes
Emails are stuck in "Pending Review"
This happens when an approval rule is triggered. Check your approval rules in settings β you may have strict rules like "require approval for all external links" enabled.
