Troubleshooting

Agent isn't responding to emails

Check that the email matches your filter rules (labels, domains, etc.)
Verify the agent status is "Active" in your dashboard
Ensure your email OAuth token hasn't expired (reconnect if needed)
Check for emails in the "Skipped" tab to see why they weren't processed

Responses don't match my writing style

Add more specific tone guidelines in the configuration
Send at least 50+ emails so the AI has enough training data
Use "Draft Mode" and edit responses — the AI learns from your changes

Emails are stuck in "Pending Review"

This happens when an approval rule is triggered. Check your approval rules in settings — you may have strict rules like "require approval for all external links" enabled.
